This is a twenty-five minute read of your organisation, answered by you.

It asks twenty-seven questions about what AI is actually doing to your organisation: to the work, and to the people, and what you are building for the year ahead. A second part of fifty questions then asks how your organisation steers and improves its use of AI. It does not ask about your policies, your data platforms or your governance documents. Other assessments cover those.

The most realistic result starts with honest self-reflection. Answer for what actually happens, not what the policy says or what you hope. Where a question asks about the year ahead, count only plans that are funded or already under way. If you do not know, say so. That answer is not scored, and it tells you something too.

One person cannot see a whole organisation. Treat the result as your read as a leader, not a verified measurement. When you want your leadership team or your wider organisation to answer too, the full Kaivant-O does that, guided by a certified practitioner.

Your data. Your answers are used for one purpose only: to produce your own report. We do not use them for anything else. Your sector, size and country, and your scores without any names attached, are combined with other organisations' to build market and industry averages. We do not store your company name: it is used only to put it on your report.
