KAIVANT Sdn. Bhd. runs kaivant.org, kaivantscore.com and portal.kaivant.org. This notice applies wherever you are and explains what we do with your personal information. Questions or requests: [email protected].
When you give us your email
When you contact us, contact a practitioner or ambassador, or ask to be kept informed, we keep your name, email and message. We use them only to answer you or to send you KAIVANT news. We pass your request only to the person you chose to contact. We never sell or share your email for marketing. To stop receiving news, email us with "unsubscribe".
When you register as a practitioner, ambassador or student
We keep the details you give us when you apply or register, and what you add to your profile. We use them to review your application, run your account and courses, and stay in touch with you. Your profile appears on our public list of practitioners or ambassadors only if you agree to it, and you can withdraw that at any time.
When you take an assessment
The free tests do not ask for your name or email. We keep the answers without anything that identifies you, and use them for your result and for overall averages.
When you answer an assessment through your organisation, your personal read is for you only. Your organisation sees group results, never your individual answers.
Personal reads are written with the help of an AI service (Anthropic), which does not use our data to train its models.
Keeping your information safe
Your information is stored securely with Google Cloud in Singapore. Some of the services we use, such as our email and the AI service, are in other countries. They are bound by contract to protect your information. Only the people and services that need your information can use it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
We use your information because you asked us to (for example to answer you or run your account), or because you agreed to it (for example to receive news). Giving us your information is your choice. Without it, we cannot answer you or run your account.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy of it, or to stop using it. For requests, questions or complaints, email [email protected] and we will reply within 21 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
