Questions people ask us

Short answers to questions people ask us about KAIVANT, its assessments and the practitioner programme. Each answer links to more detail.

How do I become a Kaivant practitioner, and do I need to be certified to use the assessments?

Apply at kaivant.org/practitioners, or write to [email protected]. After acceptance you complete KAIVANT Foundations, about five hours of self-paced study, and then the three-day CKP Practitioner Masterclass. One to two weeks later you pitch a proposal for a client case to a board of three Kaivant practitioners, and on their yes you become a Certified Kaivant Practitioner (CKP).

You need to be certified to run the KAIVANT assessments with clients, because a Certified Kaivant Practitioner guides the whole process, from the assessment to improvement coaching. The two free self-tests on kaivantscore.com, the Kaivant-I Starter and the Leadership Pulse, are open to anyone and need no practitioner.

Practitioners work inside organisations, for example in transformation, learning and development or HR, or as freelancers and coaching firms that add KAIVANT to their services.
