Pay for the change, not the snapshot.
A single measurement tells you what is true today. It does not tell you what to change, or whether the change worked. KAIVANT prices the improvement loop: measure, act on a small number of things, then measure again. The deliverable you pay for is the difference between the two readings. The instrument subscription is the floor. The facilitated session is the renewing product.
Measure
Run the Kaivant-O scan with your instrument subscription. Aggregate Kaivant-I where it is relevant.
Diagnose
Read where your leverage is real and where it is brittle. The score tells you what to focus on. The session is where you decide what to do about it.
Intervene
In a facilitated session, the team agrees two or three specific moves to make before the next measurement.
Re-measure
Measure again to read the delta. The delta is what you are paying for.
Cadence is yours to set. There is no fixed quarterly or six-monthly default. You turn the loop as often as your organisation can actually act on what it learns. We recommend a cadence; you decide it.
A facilitated session is one day of a facilitator's time, charged at a flat daily rate. It costs the same whether your team is thirty people or three hundred. Bigger organisations already pay more through the per-person instrument subscription below, so the session itself is not marked up for size. The rates shown are for online sessions; an in-person session adds travel and accommodation.
- A loop turn is two transparent lines: your instrument subscription for the period, plus the facilitated session at the loop day rate.
- Your annual facilitation cost is simply the number of turns you elect, multiplied by RM8,400. A quarterly loop is four sessions; a six-monthly loop is two. The instrument cost does not change with cadence.
- HRD Corp (HRDC). The RM10,500 day rate is set at the HRD Corp claimable ceiling for this programme category, so eligible Malaysian employers can reclaim the full facilitation cost through the SBL or SBL-Khas scheme. KAIVANT is a registered HRD Corp training provider.
The instruments are what produce the read. Kaivant-I covers individuals, tracking how each person's augmentation-substitution pattern shifts across time. Kaivant-O covers the organisation, scanning the nine dimensions of AI nativeness. Both feed the facilitated session. Priced in USD.
Free gives you a complete read: where you sit today across all nine dimensions. Individual Pro gives you the reads after that: stored, compared, and tracked across time. The $30 is not for more questions. It is for knowing whether anything you do about this actually makes a difference.
Every session is facilitated by a Certified Kaivant Practitioner (CKP). How you access that capacity depends on how you want to work.
- Use the KAIVANT practitioner pool. We match your organisation with a certified practitioner for each loop turn. Well-suited to organisations running one or two sessions per year who want an external, neutral facilitator.
- Certify your own people. Put your internal coaches, L&D leads, or HR business partners through the CKP programme: a three-day workshop at RM1,700 per person per day (RM5,100 total) plus a $165 certification exam, after which they are certified to facilitate KAIVANT sessions internally. This builds permanent capability at your own cadence and cost structure. The workshop qualifies for HRD Corp claimable training. The practitioner programme is on kaivant.org.
- Enterprise. Organisations at scale typically combine both: external practitioners for independence on high-stakes reads, internal CKPs for the routine loop turns. We design the right mix at engagement.
One measurement, no committed loop
A snapshot is for one specific job: a board question that needs an answer before you commit to a loop, or a baseline before a major decision. It tells you what is true now. It does not tell you what to change, or whether anything you do will change it. The natural next step is the first loop turn. A standalone session taken within 90 days earns a full credit against that turn. A snapshot produces a reading; the loop produces a change.
Delivery and expenses. Remote delivery is the default and carries no travel cost. Where you want the facilitator in the room and no local accredited facilitator is available, travel and accommodation are passed through at cost against a per-trip cap agreed in advance, so the expenses line is never a surprise. Enterprise absorbs logistics into the engagement.
Currency. Instrument subscriptions are priced in USD. Facilitation is priced in MYR for the Malaysian launch market and quoted in your currency as KAIVANT expands, with MYR as the reference rate.
Practitioner certification. The Certified Kaivant Practitioner exam is $165, one-time, charged at the point of invitation to exam. Accredited practitioners are the pool from which partner facilitators run loop sessions.
Start with a reading. Stay for the change.
Tell us the decision in front of you, and a facilitator will help you place the first loop turn.
